We also farm the historic Butlers' Grant Vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, where mature vines planted in 1980 produce exceptional Riesling and Cabernet Franc. These old vines bring depth and complexity to our offerings, adding even more dimension to what we can share with you.
A Family Story Worth Hearing
Westcott Vineyards started with a leap of faith. In 2008, Grant Westcott and Carolyn Hurst left their executive careers in Toronto, sold their home, and went all in on their winemaking dream. They planted their first vines, made their inaugural vintage in the back of an equipment barn, and built something remarkable from the ground up.
Today, their son Garett has joined the family business, along with a talented team that includes winemaker Casey Kulczyk and sales director Jessica Ramage. What began as a passion project has evolved into one of Niagara's most respected boutique wineries, but the heart of it all remains the same: a genuine love for wine, for this land, and for the people who visit.
