Made in the Traditional French Champagne method. Skin soaked for 2 hours. 24 months lees contact, hand riddled, disgorged and labelled at Westcott. 3000 bottles made.

Delightful aromas of candied strawberry mingling with delicate floral notes reminiscent of sage flowers. Complemented by a distinct rhubarb tartness, adding complexity and a refreshing edge to the flavor profile. The interplay between the fruity and tart elements creates a harmonious and invigorating taste.
