We are excited to host another Pinot Noir Themed Dinner in our cozy and intimate tasting room with guest chef, Christine Flynn.  As always, we pull wines from our personal cellars and will pour them blind along side our Westcott Pinot Noirs.  We absolutely love sharing our love for Pinot Noir and local home grown food with our guests and friends.

About the Chef:

Christine is a veteran of the restaurant industry and has worked in some of the top restaurants in Canada and the U.S. For our Pinot Noir Themed Dinner Christine will be taking us through some of her favourite dishes from her time spent working in the heart of Burgundy.  Enjoy classic food with a twist, paired with some of the best wines Niagara has to offer in our intimate Fireside setting.
