Please join us as we enjoy a curated section of Pinot Noirs from our personal cellars at this special Pinot Noir Themed Dinner created by Toronto chefs, Ricky + Olivia.

Date: Saturday December 1st, 6-9pm

RSVP: with a credit card to hold your seats

Cost: $75 + hst + grat (food only), or $125 + hst + grat (food + all wine pairings). Regular Westcott wines will be available by the glass as well.

The Menu:
Chicken liver mousse, white chocolate ganache, microgreens, edible blossoms
Steak Tartare
Ontario Top Sirloin, charcoal + chaga mushroom aioli, charred baguette
Linguini Ontario Chicken, schmaltz cream, bitter greens, free-run egg yolk, crispy chicken skin

King Cole seared duck breast, duck fat brussels, sesame jus, house za’taar

Ontario Cheese and preserve

Panna Cotta  Dark chocolate + beet, walnut crumb
