Our first Cabernet Franc from the 30 year old vines at our Butlers' Grant Vineyard. Notes of plum, black currant and black cherry. We recommend decanting this wine and/or aging for 2-5 years.
Aged for 22 months in barrel. 33% new oak, the remainder first use. 100% wild fermentation and wild Malolactic fermentation.
Only 3 barrels made. 70 cases.
