This Pinot Noir is sourced from a block of 30 year old vines at Butlers' Grant Vineyard. It showcases notes of fresh black cherry, candied red fruit and baking spice. Fresh and fruit forward with zippy acidity and silky tannins. This wine will benefit from some aging but tastes great now!
What to Pair With
You don’t want to overwhelm this delicate wine with heavy sauces so think simply cooked meats. Mushroom risotto, roasted beetroot. Mild cheeses such as goat or creamy brie.
