This Cabernet Franc is our inaugural vintage from our 30-year-old Butlers' Grant Vineyard, boasting aromas of plum, black currant and black cherry. Aging for 2-5 years or decanting are both recommended for optimal enjoyment.
Aged for 22 months in barrel. 33% new oak, the remainder first use. 100% wild fermentation and wild Malolactic fermentation.
