Our new release, 2017 Reserve Pinot Noir is presenting earthy notes with dark fruit and vanilla on the nose. Pleasant tannins on the palate with hints of red cherry and almond. A smooth finish that lingers.
Oak treatment: oak fermented. 22 months aged, 100% French oak. 25% new oak. Whole cluster wild ferment. This Pinot Noir is made from 8-10 specially selected barrels by our winemaker and owner. 200 cases.
